1.How long does it take to ship out the package? How about the shipping?
If you purchase successfully, you will receive an email with the order information, and we will prepare shoes for you within 1-2 days, also send the tracking number within 3-4 days to the email you left on the site, then you can track your package. Due to the covid 19 recently, the shipping time is over 15-25 days till you receive the package.

2. Why the shipping information is just a label?
Due to the covid 19 recently, the shipping be a bit longer than before, if you checked the shipping information just a label, it means the package is still queuing to be shipped out from the airport, normally the queuing time will be more than 5-8 days. After that, the shipping will update..

3. What does it mean processing, pending and completed?
Processing means payment has received. We will prepare shoes for you within 1-2 days. Pending means you didn’t pay for the order successfully, if you already paid, send us a screenshot of the paypal payment information which includes our paypal account and the merchant transaction number, and we will check for you. Completed means we have sent the tracking number to your email, then you can check of it and track your package.

4.Are my shoes equipped with a box? will the shoe box be damaged?
Yes, all shoes are equipped with an unauthorized sneakers box, there is one circle of air column bag wrapped around the shoes box to ensure that the shoe box and the shoes will not be damaged.

5. Is the shoe size standard? How to choose a size?
All of our shoes are the official standard size. If you are not sure how to choose a size, please measure your foot length and refer to the size chart provided on the product page of our website, and then choose the right size; or you can exchange your normal US size into EUR size, then choose the corresponding EUR size of the shoes on the site.

6. Can I see the physical pictures of the shoes?
when we prepare the shoes, we will take picture, if you need to see your shoes before receive it, please contact us we will provide it to you.

7. Can your shoes be wholesale?
If you are a wholesaler, agent, or distributor, we have nice wholesale price for you then, please contact customer service.

8. Is my payment on your site secure? how is the shoes quality?
All online payments are safe and secured. First, there is no big difference of the appearance with the official one. Our shoes are UA sneakers, the material we used is also genuine leather, when you touch the surface and try them on, you will know how comfortable they are.

9. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation must be requested before the item has been shipped. We typically processed the order within 24 hours and shipped the item within 24-48 hours. After the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

10. How much is the shipping cost? Who pays taxes? Is there fast shipping?
Due to the covid-19, the international flights decrease and the shipping costs increase obviously. The shipping cost of each pair is 20 dollars. The invoice we send to you is at a lower price to help you avoid expensive tax. such as $20 USD or $15 USD per pair (Customers in the US, Japan, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, and the UK don’t need to pay tariff). 11. Why has my delivery information been in the state of customs clearance for a while?
